Payments over the Web - can only be accepted by one of the card types listed above.


Prices are subject to alteration without notice, but we will attempt to notify customers of any alterations prior to processing your order.

Prices and publication dates for titles not yet published are provisional and for guidance only.

Your order will be charged in GBP. Dollar/Euro prices are for information only and may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

In the case of shipment to customers outside the U.K, any import duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.


Where Giclee prints are in stock orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Non-stock items may take 5-7 working days. Where Giclee prints are unavailable for any length of time, due to reprinting for example, customers will be emailed on receipt of order with this information.

An invoice, together with a credit card receipt, will be sent with every order.

Change of Details

Please remember to inform us of any relevant change of detail as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect details. Always remember to check your details before final submission of your order.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

For all items:
We accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

To return an item:

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and then contact us for return details. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an item:

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. Please package the relevant item securely and contact us for returns details.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Lost / Missing Items :

If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please Contact Us.

Once we hear from you we will take appropriate action.
